Alliance Fellowship is an elder led church. We recognize the importance of constituted authority and operate under the oversight of the National Office of the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), the Rocky Mountain District (RMD) and local elders and a governing board.
I started as the Lead Pastor of Alliance Fellowship in September of 2018. Prior to coming here, I had spent the last 20 years serving in various youth and young adult ministry roles. I love the Word of God and having the amazing opportunity to preach and teach. I passionately desire for people to know that they are loved by God! I have been married to my incredible wife, Katie, since 2003 and we have 3 beautiful kids together.
I graduated from Simpson University with a B.A. in Youth Ministry in 2005, and from A.W. Tozer Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity in 2012.
Things that I am probably too passionate about: The Green Bay Packers, Oregon Ducks Football, The Oxford Comma, and finding the best pizza available!
Love God, Love People.
Elder, Board Vice-Chair
Ryan Connelly, Elder at Alliance Fellowship, Married to Mindy, Father of 4 kids. Director of Lions Ridge (Camp and Retreat Center). I cry when someone perseveres through hard things and shines with the joy only possible in Christ Jesus. I love to play outside and watch my kids discover their talents and grow in confidence. I believe intelligent alien life exists in God’s created universe. I believe the new heavens and new earth will have snow and mountains but you won’t get frostbite.
I grew up in northern MN, and I got my bachelor's degree in social work at the College of St. Scholastica. I moved to the Gallatin Valley 6 years ago and live in Bozeman with my husband Dan and our dog Selah. I work as the Billing Manger and X-ray Tech at the Bozeman Back and Neck Clinic. Most people think I'm quiet until they watch a hockey game with me.
My family and I have had the great privilege of being a part of the Alliance Fellowship family since we moved to Bozeman in 2010. Both the move to Bozeman and joining Alliance have been extremely meaningful for us. The folks at Alliance are amazing. We have leaned on our church family for many things over the years. They’re always around to help move or provide meals after life events. Outside of church, we enjoy camping, bike riding and hiking together as a family.
